Khan Al Maghraby is a fine arts and antiques gallery established by Salwa Al-Maghraby in 1995. The gallery has set its footprint in the Egyptian art scene by housing one-of-a-kind pieces and has become a reputable hub for local artists, collectors, and art enthusiasts.
Growing up, Salwa Al-Maghraby was always astonished by the accessibility and the showcasing of renowned museums and exhibitions around the world and wanted to bring these precious experiences here to her hometown, in Zamalek.
The gallery sheds light on Egyptian visionary artists, and aims to support upcoming professional painters and artists as well.
Our Mission
Khan Al Maghraby is an inclusive artistic experience for art buyers and vintage enthusiasts. We strive to exhibit authentic and honest art. Each painting, sculpture, or vintage item was carefully chosen to tell a story. Our aim is to highlight the artists’ efforts and showcase their signature styles and directions.
Our aim is to make art as accessible and adventurous for everyone.
Khan Al Maghraby is not solely a showroom, but has also become a completely interactive digital experience; from showcasing the work of revolutionary Egyptian artists, to introduce new upcoming artists, and providing an online platform for art purchase at the comfort of wherever you may be. Our mission is to form a solid ground for the development, distribution of artworks, and to form a new online art community.

Since 1995, Khan Al Maghraby Art Gallery has exhibited for many pioneer artists such as;
An exhibition for George Bahgoury right after his returned from Paris 1996, lateartist Said Abd Elrasoul to celebrate his art after he passed away.
