Salah Taher (1911 - 2007)

was an Egyptian artist. Initially, his work embodied the realist school of art. However, he soon transitioned to the abstract school, although he never completely abandoned realism. In many of his paintings and works, Salah Taher attempted to blend the two schools, resulting in a phase in his career known as the intermediate abstract phase.
he painted 15000 paintings and held more than 80 art fairs for his work in Egypt, Venice, New York City, San Francisco, Geneva, Beirut, Kuwait and Jeddah.
He’s work is also part of the White House collection and is on rotation and often displayed in the White Hous
